“ This place was amazing. Food was awesome and portions are huge. The lady that served us was extremely nice, friendly and funny. Such an awesome vibe and a must try in a small town when passing through. We were so hungry, we forgot to take pics of the food, especially my double burger that I couldn't finish. Revoke my man card already! Lol we did snap some pics of the decor though ;-) Definitely a must try, if ever in the area. Can't wait to go back before we leave back home to South East Texas. “ We were coming through Mineral Wells and stopped in for lunch. First time customer. The senior menu is a steal, we qualify, but we were wanting a burger. Wife had a Cowboy/Cowpoke(?) and I had a bacon burger. Delicious, excellent meat, smoky bacon, served hot, and couldn’t have been more perfect. Best I’ve had in a long time! Loved the atmosphere and hospitality as well. Thank you for serving such great quality and your price/value was just right. We love independent restaurants and especially loved your place. “ We stopped in after an appointment we had in town, we live over an hour away and it was our first time. Restaurant was pretty and clean, bathrooms were clean, service was great, and our food was delicious! Even our one year old had a good time. Highly recommend the curly fries ”

The potatoes and egg seemed a little greasy for my taste. But I definitely want to come back and try the burgers. I visited with a couple friends, I hope to go again but with my husband and kids. ”
“ We tried this place for breakfast recently and had a good experience. The place is on the smaller side with about 12 tables/booths. We went around 9 am on a Saturday and timed it right. The servers were friendly. They have a large menu with options for everyone. It’s on the pricey side for breakfast, but when we saw the portion sizes, you definitely get what you pay for. The biscuits and gravy were great. The classic breakfast plate was filling. My daughter enjoyed her fruit and cinnamon toast on the appetizer menu. The burgers looked great and so did the ice cream selection. We would definitely come back. ”
“ Drove by this place while cruising through town and decided to stop in. I had the Trailboss burger with the seasoned curly fries it was delicious. It was spicy without being too hot to taste anything. They even had an "Superman" ice cream which I haven't seen since I was a kid shopping at K-Mart. The resturant and restroom was clean, the staff were funny and kind, and the food was served quickly. I'll definitely be stopping in again next time I'm in the area. ”
“ A fantastic old school diner, I loved the memorabilia that was everywhere! The diner is very clean and welcoming, with very friendly staff. Amazinggg good and ice cream right at the counter. One of the few places left that makes malts as well! While on vacation in Mineral Wells, my family enjoyed dinner of burgers and fries so much that we returned the next morning for breakfast which was equally tasty! Amazing omelettes and huge pancakes. And it's all day breakfast as well! We'll definitely be going back when we come back to Mineral Wells. :) ”
